- DEMAND INFORMATION-PAST PURCHASE HISTORY PIN SURVEY QSDM-F7-130492-D The solicitation will result in a one-year Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract, with four one-year options, for the GSA Stock Program. The contract(s) will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause. Pricing is not required in response to this notice. Delivery will be FOB Destination to the depots in French Camp, CA, and Burlington, NJ, and DARO will depend on what is indicated in the survey responses as a reasonable delivery time frame. There will be a possibility for direct delivery orders to any location in the United States under subject solicitation. Direct delivery orders will be issued FOB Origin Prepay and Add. A notice of the solicitation will be placed on the FedBizOpps web site (no hard copies will be mailed). Firms requesting notification of the posting date for the Request for Proposal (RFP) will receive an e-mail advising them when the notice is posted. However, it is the vendor's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps. Award will be made on an item by item basis using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award method. If you are interested in submitting an offer, please fill out the attached questionnaire. Your input will be used in an effort to improve and expand the competitive procurement process. A listing of the National Stock Numbers (NSNs) can be found on the next page. Attachment A is the Market Survey. The Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) & estimated requirements are on Attachment B.
