Description

The VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan Puerto Rico intends to solicit and award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for installation a new 800 amps ATS automatic transfer switch system designated for equipment selected by VA project section for the South Bed Tower to Valor Construction Management, 137 East Main Street, Pahokee FL under the authority of VAAR 819.7007. The anticipated award date is February 28, 2013 and the estimated contract value is between $100K - $250K. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238210; small business size is $14M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, however, this notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. The Government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
