Request for Information (RFI) This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation Address Validation Service Replacement. Please review the RFI Instructions and RFI Statement of Requirements in the attached RFI document. This is a Request for Information ONLY and does not constitute a solicitation for proposal or any obligation on behalf of the Government. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are to be submitted in Word format, electronically by email to Mark Miller, miller.mark@pbgc.gov and are due on or before 11:00am EST on Tuesday, January 18, 2013.
