Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ACC-NJ has a requirement as specified in the attached document. The requirement is outlined below. All quotes should be submitted on the attached document with any additional documents deemed necessary by the submitter. Quotor must provide a stated price for all lines to be considered responsive. Not Seperately Priced (NSP) or No Charge (N\C) are acceptable as stated prices, if desired. All question should be addressed via e-mail to robert.i.knight.civ@mail.mil PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT 812th MP Company and 352nd MP Company DET 2Yellow Ribbon #2 1. SCOPE: This Performance Work Statement defines the efforts required for the design and execution a Yellow Ribbon Program (YRP) event in Tarrytown, NY for the 333d MP Brigade. 2. BACKGROUND: The YRP is a congressionally mandated program to assist Soldiers and Families during various phases of the ARGORGEN Cycle. Events # 2 is held for Families of deployed Soldiers. 4. REQUIREMENTS: a.Lodging - 40 rooms for 2 nights arriving on 22 February 2013 and departing on 24 February 2013. (80 Room Nights) 25 rooms for 1 night arriving on 22 February 2013 and checking out on 23 February 2013. (25 Room Nights) 6 rooms for 4 nights arriving on 21 February 2013 and departing on 25 February 2013. (24 Room Nights) Total of 129 Room Nights. b. Lunch meal adults - 23 February 2013 hot buffet meal for 150 people with 2 meats, 2 vegetables, 2 starches, one non-water drink and desserts. Include kid friendly items such as chicken fingers and/or French fries. c.AV Package/Support Package - Audio visual package to include: 4 8x10 screens; two hand held mic; 1 lapel mic; 6 - 6ft tables for vendor displays and registration; and two TV/DVD player for child care room. d.Eight meeting rooms for 23 February 2013: 1 - set up classroom style general session for 150 people; 2 - for child care; 1- for 4 people with a round table and 4 chairs for command consultations by Chaplain or MFLC; 4 break out rooms to accommodate 60 persons each in crescent rounds 5. Location: In Tarrytown, NY.
