Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MJL Enterprise for the following services: Emergency generator services at the Boise Medical Center, Idaho. NAICS 561210 applies. Period of Performance is 1 Feb 2013 thru 31 Mar 2013. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide behavioral accommodations and shelter for patients located within Boise County, Idaho State. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 pm on Jan 15, 2013. All responses must be e-mailed to Wesley.Forgey@va.gov.
