- NSN: 5998-01-203-7299 - Circuit Card Assembly, being bought in accordance with Naval Sea Systems Command / 53711 for drawing number 5428412. Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is 50 each to be shipped to (SW3215) Barstow, CA ZIP CODE 92311-5014. FOB Destination and inspection acceptance at Destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 01/28/2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). The required delivery is 180 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
