Description

Contractor to provide Mammography services at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center, located in St. Cloud Minnesota. The contract period will be a base year with four (4) pre-priced option years. Electronic copies of the solicitation may be obtained free of charge as posted on the FedBizOpps/FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov). Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and emailed to the Contracting Officer at melanie.stockman@va.gov. No telephone calls will be returned. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will only be available on the FedBizOpps/FBO website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Electronic and faxed offers will not be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621512, with a size standard of $13.5 million. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Solicitation will be issued on/about January 11, 2013, with proposals due no later than 4PM CT on February 12, 2013.
