Description

THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSAL AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This sources sought is issued for the purposes of Market Research and to determine the appropriate Small Business Sourcing Strategy for this acquisition. The anticipated solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 23, has a requirement to procure a DICOM-based Dental Enterprise Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS) software solution and installation, configuration, and training services. This will be for software only and shall include Archiving and Dental Enterprise Viewer capabilities. The statement of capabilities should include: 1.Firm name, address, e-mail, telephone and fax numbers 2.Small business certification - 8(a), HubZone, Service Disabled Veteran or Women-owned. 3.Past Experience - describe your experience of similar type, size and complexity to that which is the subject of this Sources Sought. a.Provide a listing of three (3) most recent projects your firm has performed. 4.Your firms Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) 5.System for Award Management (SAM) registered NAICS Codes. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed Christopher.Volk@va.gov. All responses must be received no later than January 18, 2013.
