- NSN 6220-00-577-3435, SPM4A6-13R0333, IQC is for one base year and four option years covering Light Maker IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-DTL-3976/1B NOT 1 Technical data, drawings or specification relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. RFP is a Small Business Set Aside. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. Delivery is 74 DARO. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Automated Best Value System will apply: award will be based on price offered and past performance. Estimated annual demand quantity for base year is 828. The GM for the Base year is 207 each. The Maximum Contract Qty is 8280. Complete demands will be provided in solicitation.
