- Request for Information Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Support Services-Thermal Imagers As of 11 Jan 13 This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the government to acquire any product or services. It does not guarantee a subsequent solicitation will be issued. Submission of any information in response to this RFI is completely voluntary, and costs associated with any submission shall not be reimbursed by the Government. The information requested will be used by the Air Force District Washington (AFDW) to facilitate decision making. The USAF is seeking a Brand Name or Equal firm fixed price contract to provide FLIR GF335 Broadband Infrared Cameras. This RFI will be used to further develop the requirement for a mid-wave infrared thermal imager used to detect minute temperature differences.
