- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F9D2MX2305A001 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking overhaul and repair kit manufactured by West Coast Industries, Inc. or equivalent as follows: CLIN 0001 Part No. WCI-CWORK-2B Coldwork Tool Kit, Qty: 1ea. CLIN 0002 Freight The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 18 January 2013.
