Description

Specifications THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is soliciting for capability statements from all interested Small Business parties who can provide a Spectrum Analyzer with Optional Vector Signal Analysis Capability for the RF Fields Group, in accordance with the attached Specifications, located at NIST in Boulder, Colorado. The NAICS code for the proposed acquisition is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing, and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees. NIST is requesting examples of related measurement data showing the ability to meet the technical specifications identified in the attached Statement of Work. All interested parties shall submit an electronic response package no later than Thursday, January 24, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
