- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for the alterations necessary to accommodate the relocation of the HCO Operation Employment Center West employees from the Commerce Building to the Ogden IRS Main Building. Location of the project is Ogden IRS Main Building, 1160 W. 1200 S. Ogden, Utah. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued on or about 24 January 2013 with a due date on or about 13 February 2013, 04:30 PM PST. This solicitation will be considered Construction and set-a-side for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. There will be an organized site visit of the installation site on or about 28 January 2013. Details will be provided in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with all plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation documents. Estimated Construction Magnitude: $ 100,000 and $ 250,000; Davis Bacon Wage Rates will apply.
