Request for information: The Department of Veterans Affairs, New England VISN 1, has a requirement for a nonexclusive corporate license for use of DxCG software package for the Office of Productivity, Efficiency, and Staffing. License would include new releases and based on 5-6 million "covered lives". The software is used to apply case mix measures for VHA Patients. Product Name: DxCG RiskSmart Stand Alone. Period of Performance 01/25/2013 to 01/24/2014, with four (4) one (1) year options to extend. This notice is a request for available sources. Interested parties should respond via email to Judith.Ruggiero@va.gov no later than January 17, 2013 at 11:00 am. Interested parties should reply with notice of availability; company profile information; socio-economic status; and point of contact with current phone number and email address.
