- Solicitation Number: AG-84M8-L-13-0003 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: Added: Dec 26, 2012 1:43 pm The United States Government and USDA Forest Service seek to lease approximately 9,120 rentable square feet (rsf) in Panguitch, Utah, yielding between 6350 and 6550 square feet of ANSI/BOMA office space. The Government also requires a minimum of 44 parking spaces for visitors, employees, and Government-owned vehicles. Additionally, 2800 sqft of secure parking space will be accepted if available. The estimated site requirement is 1.7 acres and must be located within the following delineated area: Within the city limits of Panguitch, Utah. Additional special requirements are needed and will be addressed during the on-site survey and in the subsequent Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). Space must meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) design requirements developed under the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Proposed lease is for 5 years, 5 years firm. Space must be available for occupancy no later than February 8, 2014.
