Description: Lab testing services for North Dakota(Minot AFB, Garrison Dam and vicinity) & eastern Montana (Ft. Peck and vicinity). This is a non-personnel services contract to provide field and laboratory testing of construction materials. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The contract shall provide testing services of soils, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete and masonry construction accordance with the scope of work for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In addition to the materials testing services are also needed for non-destructive weld tests and for testing of water and soils for contamination, and testing for asbestos and lead based paints. Testing for these services will be priced per call order as needed.
