Base Bid, Item No. 1, Replace B-2 Roof: Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing construction and certain other items. (Estimated project duration is 120 calendar days). B. Bid Item No. 2: Alternate No.1: Except no Board Decking. (Estimated project duration is 120 calendar days) C. Bid Item No. 3: Alternate No. 2 except no copper flashing (substitute aluminum flashing - taking dielectric issues into consideration). (Estimated project duration is 120 calendar days)
