- Draft Pricing Table Draft Past Performance Questionnaire Draft Section M Draft Section L Draft PWS Industry Day Scheduled Industry Day is the 12th of February, 2013. Location: Offutt AFB, Base Theater Address: Building 5081, at the corner of 25th Street and Hruska Blvd, Offutt AFB, NE 68123 (outside the gates of Offutt AFB) Time: Check-in: 0830 Start: 0900 One-on-One meetings will be held after the conclusion of the general Industry Day briefing and throughout the remainder of the week. Each company will be allotted 30mins. One-on-One meetings will be held at an alternate location. Location: Bellevue Welcome Center Address: 1600 Nebraska Hwy 370, Bellevue, NE 68005 Time: Individually scheduled Send RSVP to USAMS@offutt.af.mil. RSVP due 8 February 2013. Include the following in the RSVP: 1. Name of Company 2. Name of Individuals attending, include individual email addresses 3. Request for One-on-One meeting, if desired One-on-One priority will be given based on the date/time the request is sent. Request that interested parties review the draft documents attached to this notice and provide questions and comments to USAMS@offutt.af.mil by 5 February 2013. Questions and comments will be allowed and are still expected during the general briefing and the one-on-one sessions. Early submission of questions will allow the government team time to prepare more detailed responses.
