Description

Any questions concerning this solicitation should be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing by email, fax or mail no later than Jan 30, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. CST. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation (attachment), that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Payment will be made using electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or purchase card.
