Description
Notice amended to provide answers to the following questions... Q1. Are we to do the talent acquisition, or is that already in place? (i.e. has the gov't identified the bands/artists they wish to perform?). A1. The vendor shall do talent acquisition. Q2. Are we to do the marketing and promotion? (not mentioned in RFP) A2. No Q3. What kind of Persian music is most appropriate for your target audience (traditional/folk or modern hits?) A3. Pop, rock, folk, fusion, and any combination of different genres Q4. Do you seek one band with 16 musicians? Or sixteen different bands? Do you require at least one star singer? And a host? A4. 16 musicians from several bands, including at least one star singer. Host not included. Q5. Should the musicians be local, or will they fly in from Iran? If they are travelling from outside USA, does the gov't plan to pay their expenses? A5. All costa, including travel and accommodation, shall be covered by vendor. Q6. What is the expected response date for contract award? A6. Award to be made after the response date Q7. Will the government pay certain costs up front (i.e. venue rental, travel, artist fees?) A7. No Q8. What type of contract will it be (FFP, Cost + Reimbursement, or other) A8. Full Fixed-Price Q9. What is the venue for the concerts? (stage, theater, other)? A9. Any venue that has professional lighting, videography facilities stated in the FBO, multi-track sound recording and a capacity of 100 audience or more. Q10. Are the performers already chosen or do we have to find them? Do we pay them as well, or does the government? Are the rates set? A10. Talent acquisition, negotiations and reimbursement shall be included in the vendor's price proposal.
