ATTACHMENT 2 Drawing - SP330013Q0101 ATTACHMENT 1 Statement of Work - SP330013Q0101 RFQ SP330013Q0101 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP3300-13-Q-0101 (SEE ATTACHED RFQ). 2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-62 effective 20 December 2012, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20121231 effective 31 December 2012 edition and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 and PROCLTR 2013-18. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. 3. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) wood containers at the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Corpus Christi, Texas (DDCT). The contractor shall provide wood containers fabricated in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided at (SEE ATTACHMENT 1) and the drawing at (SEE ATTACHMENT 2). This requirement is for a one year definite quantity definite delivery contract. 4. The SPIs are available electronically at Special Packaging Instruction Retrieval and Exchange System (SPIRES) - https://spires.wpafb.af.mil/sindex.cfm. Enter SPI number at the top right "Quick Search" box. The SPI number for this solicitation is 01-113-8188.
