- Description
- This solicitation is for janitorial services for the Tuskegee Ranger District building located near Tuskegee, AL. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform janitorial services as shown in the performance work statement for a building approximately 2,500 SF. The contract will be for a base period of Apr 1 2013- Sep 30 2013, with four option years. The size standard for this solicitation is $16.5 million under NAICS code 561720. (The current monthly price is $375.) The solicitation will be set-aside for small business concerns. Solicitation should be available on this web site on or about Jan, 17, 2013. If a site visit is held, information will be included in the solicitation. Offerors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings.
