Description

Site Visit Form 200-Mile Radius SYNOPSIS The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required janitorial service identified in the Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements. •The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 561720, Janitorial. •The requirement is set for 8(a) contractors only •Contractors must be within a 200-mile radius from the center of the greater Oklahoma City area •The requirement contains a base year (01 April 2013 through 31 March 2014) and one option year (01 April 2014 through 31 March 2015) •Solicitation issue date will be approximately 17 January 2013. •A site visit will be held on Wednesday January 30, 2013 •The project magnitude is less than $75,000.00 •Place of Performance: Oklahoma City, OK •All contractors are required to be registered with System Award Management to be eligible for award.
