- clauses The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following ammunition or equivalent: Item 0001:.45 Golden Sabre BJHP(230 grain), 500rd/case, Code: GS45APB, Qty of 303 cases Shipping to Zip Code 22135 shall be included in the quote. The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The attached provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on best value. Evaluation factors are 1) Technical Capability and 2) Past Performance. Price will also be considered. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is 1/23/13 at 11:00am EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. Closing date for quotes is 2/05/13 at 11:00am EST.
