The item intended source is Parker-Hannifin Corporation (CAGE 59211 and CAGE 49675). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Parker-Hannifin Corporation (CAGE 59211 or CAGE 49675) P/N: 72675. Any manufacturer, other than Parker-Hannifin Corporation (CAGE 59211 or CAGE 49675) P/N: 72675, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/ExternalWeb/UserWeb/AviationEngineering/EngineeringSupport/Documents/SARguide.pdf. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 15 each. This item is subject to Configuration Control. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Jacksonville, FL, 32212. Production delivery will be 135 days after receipt of order (DARO). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 31 January 2013 with a closing date of 4 March 2013.
