- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the Response Date to 12:00 PM, Eastern on 01/28/2013; 2. Change Paragraph D. of the base solicitation to read: The Government retains the option to either make payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Credit Card; a. If payment is made by EFT then the Federal Acquisition Regulations clauses; 52.232-1, 52.232-8, and 52.232-33 apply. Additionally, the Department of Interior Local Clause - Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements - Internet Payment Platform (IPP) (September 2011) also applies. b. If the Government elects to make payment by Government Credit Card then Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.232-36, Payment by Third Party, which can be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil, applies. The Third Party is VISA; and to 3. Extend the date to submit questions to 01/23/2013.
