This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the Buffalo, New York VA Medical Center will be posting a solicitation on or about January 31, 2013 for tuck pointing Building 6 at the Buffalo VAMC. Work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 238140. The small business standard is $14.0 M. This procurement will contain options; the total cost range is $250,000 - $500,000. A complete scope of work, specification, drawings, and information regarding the site visit will be stated in the solicitation.
