- USPS Solicitation No.4BW-13-A-0006 - Part II, Attachments to the solicitation USPS Solicitation No.4BW-13-A-0006 - Part I, Coversheet & Schedule, Provisions and Clauses. The United States Postal Service has a requirement for industrial shredders and discharge conveyers. Attached to this notice is the complete solicitation for proposals to provide these items.
