Description

SITE VISIT The pre-proposal site visit is tentatively scheduled for 4 February “ 5 February 2013 at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily, Italy. Confirmation of the site visit will be included with the release of the Request for Proposal which is expected to occur 18 January 2013. The site visit will promptly start at 09:00 a.m. and end at approximately 16:00 p.m. both days. Attendees without base access, a representative will meet you at the main gate on NAS II at 08:45 a.m. Badges will not be released to attendees. Attendees with base access can meet at Building 618 Training Room on the main floor. Attendees can park at Building 555 (parking garage) or anywhere that is not a reserved spot. The following information is required for attendees to attend the pre-proposal site visit: Last and First Name of attendee Name of Company Telephone number Email Nationality of attendee Copy of identification card, passport or drivers licenses of attendee Please complete the attached spreadsheet and submit via e-mail to katie.fogle@navy.mil. Requests for attending the site visit must be submitted no later than 15:00 EST on 22 January 2013. Site visit attendance is limited to three attendees per contractor. An agenda will be provided the first day of the site visit.
