- This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for market research, information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of U.S. Army Medical Research Materiel Command (USAMRMC) Military Operational Medicine Research Program (MOMRP) or the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA). This request for information/sources sought is seeking Small Business sources that have the knowledge, capabilities and experience to provide support services for conference/review/meetings to accurately document the event by summary notes for multiple conferences throughout a year. Conferences will normally require only one note taker with an expected end product of a complete and accurate summary. The summary is not a verbatim (word by word) transcription of the event. In the summary notes; the topic/study should be reflected and the overview summarized to provide the general idea of the study. Lastly, an ending statement should reflect what the progress to date is (on track, preliminary data findings, etc.). The summary notes should capture the intent of the discussions (under the specified study that is being discussed), who stated important points, any non-concurrences and/or disagreements and by whom, any voting results, and those panel members that are in the minority. The conferences could include a national and international group of experts from government, military to academia's that are nationally/internationally recognized as top scientists with expertise in their evidence-based research. This announcement is not a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposal. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made of any costs to provide information in response to this announcement or any follow up information requests. Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced under a separate announcement. This synopsis is for market research, information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Each response must reference the sources sought title. All proprietary information should be marked as such. Responses will be held confidential if requested. Please submit fact sheets/capability statements with references for similar or like contracts performed. The references are to include contract number with points of contacts.
