Murry, Purchasing Agent, at (509) 527-7217 or e-mail: Lana.J.Murry@usace.army.mil Description of Requirement: This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future pertaining to the procurement of two Sauer WP66L Air Compressors (1170 RPM), or Approved Equals for use at Lower Monumental Lock and Dam, Kahlotus, WA. Set-aside status: The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 333912; size standard is 500 employees. Place of Contract Performance: Lower Monumental Lock and Dam 5520 Devils Canyon Road Kahlotus WA 99335 Conducting Business with the Government: In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information at www.sam.gov. All Offerors must be SAM registered prior to receiving an Award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submission of a quote, a vendor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the (ORCA), which requires SAM registration. Instructions may be obtained and required information may be entered at www.sam.gov. If you have not completed the reps and certs in SAM, you will need to complete and provide paragraphs (C) through (O) of provision 52.212-3 in the solicitation.
