- NSN: 4010-00-208-6402, Lateral Chain Assembly, used primarily on the (ZDN) LPD-17 CLASS AMPHIBIOUS TRANSPORT DOCK. One approved source listed as Peck and Hale L.L.C, CAGE: 94658, P/N: 35MTC/1582A. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. This NSN is packaged standard commercial in accordnace with ASTM D 3951. Requested delivery is in 131 Days. Ship-to locations in the Continental US. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Surge and Sustainment does not apply to this procurement. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 one-year options. Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 528 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 132 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 132 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 528 5 EA, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 3,959 EA. The estimated solicitation open date is 2/4/2013. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
