- Full Solicitation Document Standard Form 33 The following question was received by the Government from the vendor community: Question: What are the requirements for the Food and Beverage (F&B) portion of the solicitation? See below: The purpose of Amendment A0001 to Request for Proposals (RFP) HSBP1013R0027 is the following: 1. To incorporate the following food and beverage information under Statement of Work (SOW) Section 1.5 - General Requirements: The venue shall provide continental breakfast, lunch and snacks, at a Not to Exceed (NTC) cost of $20.00 per person, per meeting day. (250 people = $5,000.00 per day or $15,000.00 for meeting dates - 2/26/2013, 2/27/2013, 2/28/2013). 2. To remove the materials storage requirement under Statment of Work (SOW) Section 1.5 - Meeting Space Requirements. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
