- Amendment A001 to extend the date of quotation submission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number CFODT-13-SO-0091 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62 (Dec 2012). This requirement is being solicited using the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 511210. The small business size standard is $35.5 million in average annual receipts. This is an unrestricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price contract shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Closing date and time for receipt of offers is 31 January 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
