- SF30 (MOD 1449) and Updated Statement of Work for YRP009 AMENDMENT: DATES HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO MARCH 15-17 (SF30 + SOW Attached). MOD TO CLOSE ON 01/28/13 at 11am ET. DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase lodging, meals, and conference support services for the United States Coast Guard Yellow Ribbon Program in accordance with attached statement of work. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, please read this entire notice, the instructions herein, and the attachment documents carefully. This acquisition is on a total Small-Business Set-Aside basis. SCOPE: The Coast Guard requires contractor services for a Coast Guard Yellow Ribbon event to be held in the State of California from 15-17 march 2013. As such, the contractor shall provide all supplies and services for lodging, food, and conferences support to accommodate approximately 70 military families or 245 attendees. The contractor will provide safe secure child care rooms to accommodate approximately 75 children of the attendees. Lodging and food service cost will not exceed the current government per diem rate for the San Pedro, CA locality. In addition, the contractor shall provide fully furnished conference facilities including audio visual, office equipment, and internet support in accordance with attached statement of work. HOW TO RESPOND: In order to compete for this project, interested parties must demonstrate that they are qualified to perform the work by providing a (20 pages or less) technical and pricing quote by 11:00am, ET, 01/28/2013. Offeror's must submit an original and two copies of the quotes to Mr. Moe Filali, USCG Base National Capital Region (PCD), Room 1615, 2100 Second St. SW, MS 7009, Washington, DC 20593-7009. Electronic transmissions to mohamed.filali@uscg.mil are acceptable, and must be timely. Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical Acceptability -Pass/Fail - Only technically acceptable offerors will be evaluated on Price. Questions about this requirement must be in writing and submitted by fax or e-mail.
