Description

Provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and tools to install and maintain local telecommunication services at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities in Veterans Integrated Services Network 7 (VISN 7). This requirement will include the maintenance and support of communication systems already in place. VISN 7 is made up of 9 medical facilities and 104 outpatient clinics and offices located throughout Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. The 9 medical facilities are in Atlanta, Augusta and Dublin, GA, Charleston and Columbia, SC, Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Montgomery and Tuskegee, AL. Growth is expected in the outpatient clinics as well as expansion at the medical facilities to meet changing veteran population needs. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP will be advertised as an open competition, all or none, solicitation with NAICS Code 517110 with the size standard of 1500 employees. The Government expects the range of this requirement to be $1,500,000.00 to $2,200,000.00 for the base year, (there will be 4 option years). The solicitation will be available on or about 02/1/2013. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
