Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested; no additional written solicitation will be issued. A quotation in response to this notice must be received not later than 4:00pm CST, 7 February 2013. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64. This procurement is being set aside 100% for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors; the size standard is $14 million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for delivery of the services described in Request for Quotation No. VA256-13-Q-0321 (attachment to this notice).
