- The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided below. __________________________________________________________________________ The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Joint Project Manager for Information Systems (JPM IS), Joint Warning and Reporting Network (JWARN), is acquiring software development and maintenance services. The objective of this contract is provide various updates to support modernization efforts of the currently fielded JWARN product baseline, carry forward the existing functionality, and develop new capabilities providing Joint automated Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) warning and reporting capability across the Services. The Government anticipates issuing a "C-type" contract using full and open competition and best-value/trade-off source selection procedues. The period of performance is expected to be five years, with a one-year base period, two one-year option periods and two one-year award terms. Contract award is expected in 3Q FY13.
