Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-13-R-0080 for the following service: This is a contract for cemetery custodial services at Dallas Ft Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, TX and hereafter referred to as "DFW" or "Cemetery." The overall responsibility of the Contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities of "custodial services" described herein, which are required to maintain sanitation and an aesthetic appearance of the Cemetery Administration facility, and public and staff restrooms. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery: Evaluation criteria for this award will be:: 1) Technical Qualifications, 2) Past Performance and 3)Price. Technical Qualifications, and Past Performance are equal to each other and are each more important than Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard is $14 million. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about January 22, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due on or about 2:00 P.M. on January 28, 2013. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Questions will be answered until 3:00PM Eastern time on January 24, 2013. Offerors will send them by email only to: Katherine.iacovelli@va.gov Proposals shall be formatted as directed in Sections E.2 and E.3 or may be deemed non-responsive and removed for further consideration.
