Description

The Hampton VAMC intends to award a sole source Selling Agreement to nTelos Wireless to place a telecommunications antenna atop the water tower located on the Hampton VAMC Campus located at 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667. Installation of the antenna will extend wireless communication services throughout the Hampton Roads Area. Monthly charges for space usage will generate revenue to be used to offset medical services to our Veteran population. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than February 1, 2013, 4 PM EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed Selling Agreement is based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The NAICS code for this requirement is 531190 with a size standard of $25.5 mil. All questions and/or responses must be directed to Ray C. Weldon via email at ray.weldon@va.gov.
