- Sole Source: The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price call order under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W91RUS-11-A-0006 (expires 31 July 2016) on a sole source basis with Cellco Partnership doing business as Verizon Wireless located at One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920-1025. The USPFO currently has 152 cell phones with 400 minute plans, 107 broadband devices with unlimited data plans, 826 Blackberry devices with 400 voice minutes and unlimited domestic data plans, 18 Blackberry devices with 600 voice minutes and unlimited domestic data plans, 1 Blackberry device with global email and 400 domestic minutes, 10 devices requiring WPS access, 710 tethering lines for unlimited broadband connection, and 4 cell phones requiring unlimited text, PIX, and FLIX messages. This is a renewal of the service plan already in place. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice shall be sent to sharon.l.zimmerman8.civ@mail.mil no later than 1700 (5:00 PM ET) Thursday, 21 February 2013. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information, all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed requirement. If no affirmative responses are received by the date and time listed to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, the negotiations will commence with Verizon Wireless. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. There is no solicitation package available.
