PRON: AX3CF350AX; NOUN: Cable Assembly, Spec; NSN: 6150-01-612-1400; P/N: 1024974-1 & PRON: AX3CF351AX; NOUN: Cable Assembly, Spec; NSN: 6150-01-612-1396; P/N: 1024974-2 Min/Max Quantity on each Pron: 3/9 each; 3 year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Basic + 2 Options type contract applicable to Flexible Eng Diagnostic Sys (FEDS) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 3 each 375 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 3 each year until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 238 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 3 each 250 DACA and 3 each year until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Q = QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST - A LETTER 'Q' UNDER THE QPL COLUMN OF THE SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS SECTION INDICATES THAT A QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST (QPL) IS REQUIRED. THE NUMBER OF THE QPL IS THE SAME AS THE SPECIFICATION NUMBER.
