(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All Small Businesses submitting an offer must be registered on www.sam.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ). (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (IX) Award will be made to the offeror whose offer, meeting the requirement of this solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government.
