- Description
- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request, authorizes this procurement. RFP SPE4A513R0392. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This item is currently sole source to CFM CAGE 58828, NSN 2840-01-598-6478, Blade Fan Aircraft, in accordance with P/N P331P06. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 190 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The delivery requested is 161 days. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is an Export Control Item and Configuration Control Applies. This is a letter RFP. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded against a Basic Ordering Agreement. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System(DIBBS). Sole Source (FAR 6.302) A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requestors by contacting the buyer directly. Progress payments may not be authorized for this procurement. The solicitation issue date is 01/22/13. Closing date is 02/22/12. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors.
