- PR 0048103363. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-13-R-0367, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN: 5940-01-157-9028, Splice, Conductor. NSN is a noncommercial, part numbered item and the approved sources are Boeing Company CAGE 76301, P/N ST5M1345-001 and Tyco Electronics/CAGE 06090, P/N D-609-03. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 5,813.00 each. A 100% Quantity Option is applicable. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 150 DARO. This is a critical application item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on January 22, 2013. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Small Business Subcontracting plan is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Certified Cost or Pricing data is required. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on January 22, 2013. The solicitation issue date is February 12, 2012. The closing date is March 27 2013. The estimated award date is May 8, 2013.
