Description

Notice of Intent The 802d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase order to New Innovations, Inc., 3743 Boettler Oaks Drive, Suite B, Uniontown, OH 44685 for the renewal of Residency Management Suite Licenses. This software is currently in use and New Innovations, Inc is the proprietary owner and distributor of this software. The proposed contract action of services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor solicitations for offers. However, all proposals received within 3 business days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the point of contacts.
