Description
Delineated Area Map A.Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State:Del Rio, TX Delineated Area:Within Del Rio, TX (see attached map): Northern Boundary: Intersection of US 90 and US 277 Eastern Boundary: Intersection US 90 and US 277 southbound on US 90 (Veterans Blvd) to the intersection of US 90 and Gibbs St. Intersection of US 90 and Gibbs St. east bound to the intersection of US 90 and Cora Ave. Southern Boundary: Intersection of US 90 and Cora Ave. west bound to the intersection of Gibbs and Cienegas Rd., continuing on Cienegas west bound to the intersection of Cienegas Rd. and Industrial Blvd. Western Boundary: Intersection of Cienegas Rd. and Industrial Blvd. north bound to the intersection of Industrial Blvd and 10th St. continuing north bound on Weather Station Rd to the intersection of Weather Station Rd. and Wildcat Dr. Intersection of Weather Station Rd. and Wildcat Dr. north bound to the intersection of Wildcat Dr. and Cantu Rd. Intersection of Wildcat Dr. and Cantu Rd. westbound to the intersection of Cantu Rd. and US 90. Intersection of US 90 and Cantu Rd. north bound to the intersection of US 90 and US 277. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):15,330 ABOA SF of Office Space 1,768 ABOA SF Vehicle Sally Port Space Type:Office & Related Space Parking Spaces (Total):66 Parking Spaces (Surface):66 secure surface parking spaces for Government vehicles, including vans and buses Parking Spaces (Structured):N/A Full Term:15 years Firm Term:10 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:•20-foot setback from protected/defended perimeter to nearest point of vehicle access. •Holding cells. •Bus access into the parking area/Sally Port. •Government access to building 24/7. •For multi-tenant buildings, the agency must have a separate entrance into its space. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
