Description

The VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach FL intends to solicit and award a sole-source firm-fixed price contract for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision needed to remove 54 old MCB control panels of the Building Automation System and re-wire and re-program the existing into the new PXCM panels to Siemens Industry, Inc. 2969 SW 42nd Avenue, Palm City FL 34990 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). The anticipated award date is February 28, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238210; small business size is $14M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, however, this notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. The Government will consider all responses received within 7 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
