Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 has a need for Refuse Collection services for one base year with the option to extend up to four additional years for a total of five years. Services to be performed include: furnish necessary labor and equipment for complete refuse removal service through the use of sanitary containers, special waste containers, cardboard recycling containers, and compactions units for the following location: Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, 500 E. Kellogg Drive, Wichita, KS. These requirements shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local and commercial standards and the specifications. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 25, 2013 and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through the FBO website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. THIS PROCURMENT IS UNDER NAICS CODE 562111 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $35,500,000.00. This solicitation will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
