- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for New Public Restroom Addition at Dayton National Cemetery as required by drawings and specifications. The Public Restroom Addition consists of male, female and family restrooms including a vestibule. The restroom addition is approximately 908 SF and shall be fire separated for east side of the existing single-story administration and storage building. The dollar magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $33.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set-aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.fedbizopps.gov "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website.
